How terrible Vodacom is

I started my contract on march 2026 and it has been a nightmare from then . On April Vodacom was supposed to debit R350 from my account and they did but after a few days when I logged in to my *** to check my bill so far , I was suprised that I was charged R100 extra apparently they were saying that I didn't pay my bill on time and am now owing them R450 which I paid after going to their branch for inquiries and I was told that the money bounced back to my account I gave them my bank statement showing that I didn't receive money that bounced back to my account but they kept telling me that it bounced back . This happened for two months repeatedly.

On October 31, they didn't debit and I paid them automatically via my *** on the second of November but Vodacom still took my R765 on the 7th of November which I don't understand how and why because I paid already
