How stupid can one person be?

Some time ago I did two sim swops on twincall numbers on my contract only to find they were never activated. <br> <br> Person that 'helped' me was Wally, who spent more time on telling how good he is than what he spent on doing the job.<br> <br> Just not having time to waste at a shop again, I left it there. <br> <br> Last week I authorized a sim swop on another phone, Wally again \assisted"and the short of the story is that he eventually did a sim swop on my number that I phoned from to query and not on the correct number. Now my phone is disconnected and our son is getting all my calls.<br> <br> Never in my life have I come across a person in any organisation that has so little ability and success in such simple things and how he can be employed"
