How not to do your job

I'v been getting SMSs from Vodacom about a R19 bundle I'v never used nor subscribed to so I called their call centre on 11/06/2015 to have this resolved. I had the \pleasure* of speaking to Simphiwe Maduna who had no idea how to do her job in my books. She kept putting me on hold
