How much longer?

My Iphone that is plus minus 6 months old, that I paid more than R16000.00 for, just suddenly went dead. I took my phone back to Diamond corner Vereeniging, where I bought it (Vodacom stockist). The phone was sent to the people that repair it. My request for a new phone was just denied. The phone was sent in a month ago. I have phoned these people on this number ***, that was provided to me. Apparently the guy in charge, is named Leonard. They told me that they were currently moving offices, and they haven't got a clue where my phone or its paperwork is. I am on one of the highest packages on Vodacom, and have been for more than almost 20 years. I am a Director of a huge company and my cellphone is very important to me. I bought a second hand Iphone, to use in the meantime, from Diamond Corner. But this phone's battery doesn't even last a day. Please can someone follow up on this, and let me know what is going on, since no one has a clue. This phone is also insured by Santam. So if Vodacom can let me know if this phone is unrepairable, I can claim from insurance, but there is not one person that is capable of helping me.
