How many times must I RICA and what’s eating my Airtime?

I have been with Vodacom for a long time and I must say I stayed because of network than the service and the prices they have.I have been harassed to RICA my number I don’t know how many times I have done this.Last time I even went to VodaWorld cause I was tired of doing the same thing over and over again.Today I have lost R40 airtime and I called to find out what’s happening and again I’m being told to RICA my number.Im not doing it again they can cancel my number.
