how many time do they want to fix it
send my phone in 2 times and recieved it back still dameged in a 3 week period . asked them wat to do now repley send it in again. after receiving the phone it cost you alot of data for apps and updates just to send it in agaain so they can whyp your phone and give it back again. HOW MANY TIME DO THEY WANT TO FIX IT. IF THEY CANT FIX IT REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE NOT WITH A REPAIRED ONE. IS THAT ONE RIGHT. I HOPE TO RECIEVE POSITIFE VEEDBACK .my branch cant help me the only answer they give you is send it in again. it looks like the staff is only there for selling phones
