How many days is 24hrs?

I requested to port my number from 1 network to vodacom on the 02/06/2015 was told it will be ready in 24 hours, the next day I inserted the new sim card and got a message that the simcard has not been registered on RICA. I informed Vodacom they told me they would fix the problem and I must wait another 24 hours, as I wait I bought Vodacom airtime so I can keep in touch with my friends, to my surprise 24 hours later. 144 hours later I am still waiting. What should I do now?
