how low you can you treat your clients?

Hot damn, what are you guys doing?

So we moved in December, however I canceled the Vodacom Fiber that we had installed because we do not have coverage to where we moved to.

So I go through the process of cancelling the line, SIGN (this part is super important) the required document to CANCEL the line and I ACCEPTED the cancellation fee. So a couple of weeks later a lady mails me from your external department asking me why I have not sent back my SIGNED form. I was like, what, sent all the communication to her and she agreed that I SIGNED the form and the line should have been canceled. But guess what, you guys take the debit order with the line rental fee, so I called and said this I see this money now as the fee that you wanted to subtract for the cancellation. You even get like 130 more than what I should have paid but I thought that would be the end of that. It wasn't I phone multiple times to follow up on what is going on. So turns out someone in your office just went, ***** this guy, closing his cancel ticket (SR***), The nice person on the line then opens a new Support ticket for me (SR*** ) I phone for the umpteenth time and you guys just straight up tell me that your busy with it, at this point I tell you that hey, that is fine, but if you try to debit my account again I will reverse it. So guess what I had to do and pay for the reversal and spend time going to a bank because of you absolute pathetic service. but wait, there is more! Now you keep saying my account is arrears because again, ***** this client! So now I need to phone you for make 'arrangements' but GUESS WHAT!?!?! I have been holding for 30min again, because again, ***** THE CLIENT right?
