How long will it take you to cancel the expired contract I have requested numerous time to cancel

Took out a 2 year contract on data which ended long long time ago . I have made several attempts to cancel & not renew the contract starting from going to branches and calling to no avail . Its been months since the contract expired and they still deduct R668 for 40GB data which when I called I had infirmed the consultant that I want to keep the number for pre paid as I am on unlimited date for less the amount Vodacom is charging me for 40 Gigs of data . I spoke to a gentleman in May who informed ,me that June will be the notice period after which it will be converted to pre paid . To my surprise it went off again in July . I am furious and when I enquire at a branch in Beacon Bay they cant find any trace of any cancellation . COme on Vodacom in this day in age who would pay R668 for 40 GB and be sane in light of thousands of other viable options . I have called you several times . I have visited your branches but you keep on deducting my money. Why ? Why ? Why? look at my contract , look at far how far back in expired , look at the package deal you offering . Can honestly someone keep on paying for that deal . and for that matter you don't offer that package anymore but you still keep on deducting . I tried to cancel this as far back as in Feb 2020 when I physically went to a branch in Vincent east London. Tell me what do I need to do to get this contract that expired donkey years ago to stop deducting from my hard earned salary ? Coming to this platform has been my last resort . I cant even reverse your debit orders in my bank otherwise I would have done that long long time ago as I started requesting this account to be closed way before the 1st lockdown which was in March and now it is July . I am writing this with tears in my eyes hoping that you will stop this and refund me my money . Why do I still need to give a months notice ( supposedly JUne ) for a contract that expired long time ago and requested that it be cancelled and strange enough there is not even a trace of such request for cancellation from your side ?? Maar why ?? What happened to all those your call is being recorded ? why is not applicable to myself . I am heartsore I have been ********** ....Your consultant even offered me some packages on special and I re iterated that I am not interested as I am on unlimited wifi. Why pay R668 for 4 GB when I have unlimited wifi for the same amount ?? That's the logic I gave to your consultant ...
