How long to get your mess fixed up??????
How difficult is it to get this right????????????????? How many times does one have to write bad reviews to get your mess up fixed?????? It is now 3 months and still your mess up has one listed on ITC, even after numerous conversations and commitments from Vodacom that this matter is resolved and the listing removed. Get this be resolved once and forever????? Verbal "confirmation" seems to be the order of the day....Let's get this in writing... Come on Vodacom......
