How long is "in due course" Vodacom?

On 11 December I reviewed Vodacom. They answered, on the 11th and said that they will contact me - "in due course". How long is due course Vodacom? This is the mail I received this morning. So, I can wait 11 months for you to sort out your mess, but I have to "in the meantime" keep paying my account. Which I did. Until now. You sort out the credit note (and by now, I would probably have enough credit for 2 months) and we can talk again. Just as a matter of interest - suspend our lines and you put 3 people involved in Search & Rescue's lives at risk. I have been making you aware of this problem since the 5th of February. I think you had more than enough time to sort it out.

Dear Vodacom Customer

According to our records your account is in arrears by R 6 924.50. Please make a payment towards the account to prevent further action or kindly contact us on *** to discuss the options.

How to pay your account: • Over the counter payments at Absa, FNB, Nedbank or Standard Bank • At selected Vodacom Customer Walk in centres (please refer to your monthly statement for a store closest to you) • Log onto www.vodacom.co.za to initiate a debit order • Via Internet / ATM banking - Select Vodacom Pty Ltd from your Bank Approved Beneficiary list and enter your Vodacom account number as the reference number Kind regards Vodacom Collections
