How long does it take to generate a paid up letter kanti?
So you guys enlist the help of debt collectors who incessantly hound us to payoff our debts and once relent and settle the accounts they give us the run around in giving us the paid up letter. I am specifically referring to one you have asked to hound me in the form of VVM attorneys who are refusing to provide me with a paid up letter and are laying the blame squarely at your door and claim that the tardiness is on you side. I need my paid up letter sent to me and the credit listing as arrears updated yesterday.

03 Aug 2023, 14:10I still have not been contacted nor has my paid up letter been disseminated to me. I do not even want to mention the matter of my credit profile being updated. I think I will now enlist the help of the NCR or any ombudsman you guys report to.
