How long before i can use this service

After being contacted by elite mobile for a vodacom tablet i accepted and were supp**** a week ago. I have been trying to get connected since last week to no avail. Finally yesterday got through to them were told.i will be connected after 5 hours. Still nothing. 17 hours later. I am now fed up. They phoned me and smeared this contract on me now i have the frustrations of getting connected. No thanks. They can come and collect this tablet and cancel this thanks i got 14 days to cancel don't need to pay for added frustration
