- ********** **********

I've been trying to get my banking details updated from December 2018. this is becoming a problem as Vodacom is charging unpaid fees every month. how *********** is Vodacom that they cant update a customers banking details. this is going on for months now and i have to keep paying unpaid banking fees with my bank and Vodacom. I've called into the call center in December to have my banking details updated to EFT, i was advised that the SR ( services request ) was submitted to the correct department which nothing was done. i then logged a call with ********** I've sent proof of payment that has not been allocated to my account as well. I was now contacted by an agent telling me that they cant remove my banking details because my account is not a year old. how is that possible? i dont have a bank account so how is Vodacom going to debit my account?. they just want you to pay the"100"rand extra every month. IS THIS HOW THEY MAKE THERE MONEY EVERY MONTH BY CHARGING CUSTOMERS EXTRA EVERY MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!
