How hard is it to open a new cotract

<p>I have been trying to open a new contact since the 14 February, first the lady captured my number incorrectly and my application was approved so she told me she has to redo the application she told me she will phone me back, she phones my back the next day and was looking for my wife so now the name on the application is incorrect the application has my wife name and my ID number she told me she will phone me back she didn’t. I phone the next day she we need to redo the application so now after we redid the application my application is now on pending, so now I have to send a copy of my ID, 3 months bank statement and my salary statement. She phones me back and tells me I sent a certified copy of my ID and they want just a copy I resend it and I’m still waiting for her to phone me back.</p>
