How hard is it to buy something through Vodacom

<p>I've been trying to buy something through Vodacom . Has been a painful experience. Friday the 7th tried multiple times to eventually deal with a person who it felt like I had to beg to make the purchase. He eventually got approval but never did his job. Follow up today and 3 call center agents later still no luck. Obviously they make too much money to make any sales and irritate their clients.</p>

Why waist your time just so people can see you responded but you 've actioned nothing.
