How hard can it be to change my home address????
<p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">I am beyond frustrated with Vodacom. I can barely walk past a Vodacom Store without working myself up....and I feel sorry for those poor consultants promoting Vodacom products - I give them an earful every single time!<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">For the past 6 months I have been trying to get Vodacom to change my address on their System...and to date IF and when I get my emailed statement (and yes....I'm lucky if I can get on every quarter) - it’s the wrong address??? I have been to the N1 City branch, Canal walk and Pinelands. I have sent emails, and called the customer care number. But to no avail! Apparently the address on the system is correct (and here I will agree - when a consultant reads out my address its correct), but when its generated from the system and emailed to me, it comes through with my old address?<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">Vodacom why is it that we pay so much for such ****py service? How dare you promote other services when you can’t even get your current systems to work?<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">The last Vodacom "promotional" call I received was for Life Insurance....for cripes sake.....you guys can’t even get my address right on the system but you want me to feel confident enough to take out life insurance with you guys....HELL NO!<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">I'm forced to stay with Vodacom because I do believe that currently their network is more stable than the others. But it doesn’t mean that I am and will be interested in anything else you guys have to offer. I am disappointed, angry....no, livid at what lengths I have to go to get the correct address on my invoice/statements.<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro'; color: black;">Can somebody competent enough PLEASE assist me? The last consultant I spoke to was Palesa and the call reference number was ( ********** ) - she promised to give feedback but I've been waiting for more than a day already)</span></p>
