How great service is suppose to be done!

<p>Dewald from Preller Square Vodacom 4U assisted with my upgrade for my contract. Not only was he very willing to help but very knowledgable with his product. Most importantly he was very efficient and a man of his word. He said that all documents will be done once I arrived and it was so. All I had to do was to listen to all the T&Cs, signed and was done in a matter of minutes. I explained that he has worked for Vodacom for 7-8 years and I could see his loyalty to Vodacom. He should not only get a raise but also a promotion. South Africa needs more service like his.</p>
