HOW DOES ONE SPEAK TO A SENIOR MANAGER AT VODACOM

How do you get a "SENIOR MANAGER " to talk to you, it does not matter how many times you call or send emails you cannot get to talk to a "SENIOR MANAGER" I get put through to Customer Care (Should be called "I Don't Care") but get ignored with my requests Customer Care is not held responsible as to how they treat there customers and ignore there requests, may promises knowing quite well they are not going to keep them, or blatantly outright lie to there customers and what do "SENIOR MANAGMENT" do just sit in there ivory tower thinking why should I bother to talk to a customer let customer keep lying to them. WAKE UP AND A SENIOR MANAGER CONTACT ME OR CANCEL MY CONTRACTS (YES PLURAL)
