HOW DOES A COMPANY SUCH VODCOM GIVE SUCH BAD SERVICE THEY SHOULD BE DISGUSTED WITH THEMSELVES

I am a pensioner and do leave the house unless necessary, due to my wife's health, but all I asked from Vodacom was for a copy of my existing contract with a cost breakdown and what packages are available as I am not using anywhere near the calls that I have I do not use SMS's but this is not possible over the phone as Customer Service as just to lazy or just to inept, why should they help the customer they still get paid even if they don't do anything, so they have an attitude why should I bother But although you think this would be a simple request, "Customer Care" cannot get this right and when you do call back to ask to speak to a senior supervisor they are never available and you are made promises that they will call you back, but you guessed it they never do So I suppose I mam left no other alternative but too cancel both my wife's and my contacts after over 25 years with Autopage/Vodacom So please Vodacom get a senior supervisor to contact me so I can cancel my contracts I have recorded all the calls that I have made to Vodacom, ensuring to get names of whom I spoke too, I have also the recorded calls of people I have spoken too but put the phone down when I ask for a name , with the help from my daughter I am going to put "ALL" these calls on "YOU TUBE" for all the world to hear how bad the service is from VODACOM SOUTH AFRICA
