How do you report poor mobile signals to Vodacom

We are Vodacom mobile customers. We live in a complex consisting of over 200 houses next to Brackenfell in Cape Town. I have been a subscriber for three years. We have no signal for some time in our area with one small bar indication on an Apple i phone. Unable to make call using Vodacom network or receive calls made to our phone numbers. I have been to local Vodacom store at Soneike shopping centre to complain and received no support told me to phone their help line on 135. Tried that get through to automatic system with no choices to report poor signals in our area which seem to have deteriorated. Tried finding a route on web and was directed to an email address *** support page on the net. I logged a complaint message on that site only to receive a reply that the website no longer works and have to go to TOBI site on Voda pay app. Tried that but again robotic choices to do many things but nowhere to report a poor signal . How can we get something done as we are all frustrated in our complex (Complex name withheld in Hazendal Estate)
