How do you keep making the same mistakes twice???

I ordered a laptop online (incl a ****le with data). It was delivered and I tried the laptop out but it wasn't fast enough/didn't have enough RAM, so I returned it within the 14 days they gave me.

I then app**** for a laptop with more RAM and heard nothing for a few days, after calling them they said there was an issue and she would try to apply for it again while I was on the line with her - note that this application would go through to ITC. It came back that I didn't qualify for the pricier laptop and that my credit score had dropped and I would need to reapply again in 60 days.

On the first day of June I was charged double what I usually pay for my cellphone contract. When I called the call centre I explained that I had been charged more than usual and it was discovered that I was billed for the initial laptop and data bundle. 45 minutes later I was told that the credit would be added to my account as they confirmed that the laptop and ****le was received back in time. I had to put in a special request to get refunded instead of having a credit added to my account. What the heck?????

I just received my statement for July and the laptop is still on the invoice!!!! No surprise there. For a company that has been around for so many years, I find it mind boggling that your departments do not follow procedures, or don't communicate with one another. Whatever the excuse is, I don't care.

I need this fixed or you can come and collect your cellphones and I'll cancel my debit order.

The level of customer service given by a company as big as yours leaves a lot to be desired!

I am still waiting for this query to be resolved. I have not received my refund that was due to your company's error.
