How do you expect your customers to be loyal to you, when your services are so unbelievably unprofessional and pathetic?

As if I have time to constantly phone Vodacom:

CANCELLATION QUERY TRAIL OF EVENTS (PATHETIC / NON-EXISTENT SERVICE) and COPY OF CELLPHONE CONTRACT REQUEST:

1. I phoned Vodacom on the 11th of February 2017. I spoke to Ntsaki requesting cancellation Vodacom Mobile Wi-Fi contract that they sold me in November 2016 (done over the phone, via Vodacom Customer Services). I could not get it to work. Ntsaki said that there was no reference number but that I could use her name. She said that someone will look into it and call me back. But if they did not, then I should.

2. I phoned again of the 12th of March 2017. Patricia Ntuli said that she could see on the system that no one followed up and that someone will call be back. And that I could use her name as a reference.

3. Again no one called me back.

4. I phoned Vodacom on the 21st of April requesting a copy of my contract, as I needed it for Samsung to repair my screen.

5. The lady (I couldn’t remember the name – but Vodacom has it noted on their system) said that they would email it to me within 5 working days.

6. Guess what??!! No one called me back.

7. I had to call again on the 5th of May 2017. I spoke to a Supervisor, who noted that the copy of the contract wasn’t sent and they were looking at who was supposed to do so, but they ensured me, and that they will email it to me in the meantime.

8. I was put through another person in the Cancellation Department and was told that they would not be able to cancel my mobile Wi-Fi contract because it had been activated since November 2016. He then advised me to speak to someone in Customer Services, who would have to activate the sim and the Wi-Fi before I could start using the Wi-Fi.

9. Customer Services put the phone down on me – after she seemed confused and after telling me to hold on and that she would get someone else to assist. I did the telephonic customer services survey and gave Vodacom the worst rating, after they put the phone down on me.

10. I phoned again, only to be told that they will transfer me to the Solutions Department, who couldn’t assist because they said that they could not pick it up on the system. They could only see my cellphone contract.

11. I was then transferred to another department to be told that they have it on the system that the ****le was canceled and was never sent to me???

I Am Now At a Loss for Words and I Do Not know What Else I Could do.

Vodacom is not able to tell me if the mobile Wi-Fi contract is still in existence or if it was canceled. As one department says that it cannot be cancelled because it’s now 5 months and that there was nothing that could be done.

Ø Then to be told by another department that they have it on the system that the contract was cancelled and that because of this, that no ****le was couriered to me.

Ø But I am currently paying for the ****le.

Ø I still cannot book my phone (S7 Edge) with Samsung to be repaired, because Vodacom has still not emailed me my contract.

How do you expect your customers to be loyal to you, when your services are so unbelievably unprofessional?
