How do you advertize what you dont have..?

Vodacom advertises gaming deals on there website. While upgrading to one off these deals i was told to expect delivery withing 3 working days. It is now 5 days later without delivery. After i phoned them on day 4 they told me that they dont have stock on the PS 4 and they cant tel me when the stock will arrive..on day 5 same story but this time they tel me that maybe they will replace PS 4 with something else...? How do you advertize what you dont have..?

Dear Vodacom, its been 25 days now and i have not been contacted by one of your consultants...i have been phoning your online help service with no real answers...they keep telling me that my order is on back order. I can not believe this is the tipe of service you are giving me..after more than 10years always paying my bill...!!!
