How do these people still make money when their service is so poor?

<p>I'm sure most of you have experienced the sorry excuse for service regarding the company in question. I'm so dissapointed in a market where most service providers should jump for business that this oversized tick of a company still manages to get away with doing business the way they do. I've been with them pretty much since the invention of the mobile phone but can honestly say from someone that knows… there must be better. Someone that actually wants my business. So I'm not even gonna bother writing my complaint down as such things just should'nt exist in todays economy. How many clients do you have to lose before you listen. Pretty much all of them I suppose.</p>
