How do I run out of airtime when vodapay app shows that I have 200 unused international roaming minutes? Yes, I'm roaming and need to make calls!

I bought international roaming bundle for both data (5gb) and voice calls (200 min). More than R500 was taken out of my account for this. I could have chosen the data plan only, but opted for both voice and data as I knew that I needed to make calls during my trip, and this cost an additional R200. Why then am I unable to make calls. When I call I get a message that I have reached my limit, yet my vodapay app shows that I still have 200 minutes unused. Please help me make sense of this!

What's worse is that I can't get assistance with tobi!!!!!

Can this be resolved quickly as I need to make calls. Alternatively, pay me back my R200!!!!!!

Help me make sense of this!!!! I paid R549 for 5gb and 200 minutes on an international roaming bundle. I opted for this option instead of paying R349 for 5gb of data only as I knew that I may need to make calls during my visit. Lo and behold, I am told that I still need to buy airtime to make calls as the 200 minutes option does not work!!! Why give me this option if you know that it does not work.

Is it reasonable to expect a refund of R200 since I am unable to use the 200 minutes??? As I type this I am on a call with a call-centre agent for the past 30 minutes while she tried to check if I can get my refund back. I will not rest until Vodacom makes sense of this! How do I ask for a refund from my employer for paying extra for airtime when I already paid for 200 minutes! Auwa! You must be running a ****!

I guess I have to report to those who read this that I was refunded my airtime (equivalent of the amount of money I paid extra for taking the data + minutes package instead of data only). The only downside is that the refund came today, after I arrived back in the country. Be that as it may, at least I was refunded! Crossing fingers that I never experience this again when I travel abroad!
