How do I get service from Vodacom?

I went into a branch for help. They messed up my query. I called the call centre, who put me through to "retentions" who put me through to "trade relations" (who apparently deal with branch complaints) who cant help me because I don"t have a dealer IVR number!!!

So the branch cant help, call centre cant help, retentions cant help and the people they escalated to me cant help. I am loathe to go back to the branch that messed up my case in the first place!
