HOW DO I GET A RESPONSE

I have been trying for three weeks noW to get a response out of Vodacom to assist me as I have a problem with<br> my Vodafone and all I get are sms messages on my phone to say that someone will contact me and no one does. I tried calling Menlyn and was just given a number to call with no satisfaction.<br> PLEASE my contract was changed and now my sms doesn't work please can someone call me to assist me .REALLY THIS IS SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
