How difficult is it to obtain a settlement amount- 5 months later?

How difficult is it to obtain a settlement amount from Vodacom? I have been trying from May 2021 to get a settlement from Vodacom, visited branches, contacted lawyers, receiving zero balance statements, even escalated to Shameel Joosub who gave it to Thato Makoti, Executive Client Liason Officer and still I cannot get a settlement. I am being referred to useless Alliance, where Nkululeko Basil Ntloko is still trying to obtain a settlement discount for the last 2 weeks.

The biggest joke of all is that Vodacom is trying to contact me on the phone that they have locked and now they are complaining as they cannot get hold of me.

How do I go about to get a settlement amount out of this IDIOTS?
