How dare you disrespect me and try to play me for a fool vodacom, HOW DARE YOU?

Vodacom you are **********, you sold me a faulty phone which has been in and out of your repaire centre four times over two months now. you finally agreed to exchange it for a new one .went to collect it last week friday only to find that its the same old phone, it has all the apps ,call logs, messages, pictures, and the same wall paper( inst it that a new vodacom phones come with the default vodacom wall paper).how does a new phone come with all of this??? you only changed the back cover of the phone so it could have a new IMEI number. you packaged and seal it with all the accaessories like a new phone should be. the fault was still there aswell. good thing you forgot to reset the phone and thats how you were exposed. vodcom store in centurion can confirm all this and that it was indeed not a new phone, the were all surprised and said repair center is putting their lives in danger because devices are collected from them.

how dare you disrespect me like that as a client, why do you try and play me for a fool?? did you think i was not gonna find out out that the phone was not new, did you think that the fault that you failed to fix was gonna fix itself when you return the same phone back to me, you are so stupid!!!

im basically paying for a phone that im not using , for two months now. where is your loyaty and integrity vodacom???

you say i am a valued customer and yet you try and rob me like this?? i never expected this / such conduct from a big company like yours, you are ******, *********** people including your head office. you are PATHETIC!!!!
