How can you help me

Hi i have three cellphone contracts that i took out by vodacom that i have insurance of.On the da i took the insurance i told the salesperson who called me that i wil take out the insurance but she must bare in mind im using the number she called on in my new handset that i want to insure so on the day of claim they say no because im not using the simcard in my phone i can not claim. So i requested the recorder of the sales consultant and its almost two months now and stil they can not send it to me....
