How can you be a customer service agent - RUDE RUDE RUDE

I went to the Vodacom shop in La Lucia Mall to buy a phone and do a SIM swap. The woman who served me was firstly not friendly at all (no smile, no proper greeting) and secondly she kept speaking over me. I tried to explain to her that I have three accounts with Vodacom and that we need to select the correct account to do the SIM swap for. I explained that I had a ****le with a sim card in but I did not know the number and I was told by VODACOM to come into the shop and do a SIM swap. I also have 2 other accounts and I wanted to make sure I did not do a SIM swap on the wrong account. I also eplained to her that I would have been able to tell her which contract was the right one, but the VODAPAY app kept freezing when I tried to "Manage Lines". She did not listen properly and she kept interrupting me. She then accessed my information and just waited, so I asked her if she could see all 3 accounts on the screen. Not answering my question, she asked me "is it the 5 GB package you want to upgrade? If she had listened, she would have known that I was not sure which one it was hence the reason for me being in the shop. I asked her to show me what she sees on her screen so I could tell her, but she ignored me. I tried to explain to her again that I could not see the information on my Vodapay APP, as it was not loading, so I therefore needed to look at her screen. I asked her again if she could see my information on the screen and she quite bluntly stated "it is still loading", not explaining to me what she was doing or showing me her screen...and she continued to talk over me when I started to speak again, and she missed what I had asked her. She then turned her screen to me, and I asked "what am I looking at" and it is then that she quite rudely told me "you ask too many questions, give me time so the information can load"...at which point I have had more than enough of dealing with her. I completely lost it and I stormed out of the shop. I am so incredibly sick and tired of VODACOM personnel being so incredibly badly trained and useless. She was definitely not trained to listen to customers or to have a decent conversation with them. She did not give me a chance to explain properly and she did not listen when I spoke. This is not a first time I have had such terrible service from Vodacom - it seems it is the norm these days. I did not get her name, but she captured in my ID on the system, so you should be able to see who she was.
