How can NO ONE help you??

<p>I have been trying to get my refund from vodacom since the 22nd June 2016, it was only supposed to take 21 working days. Since then I have spoken to, email, Online chats and called Vodacom, however NO ONE is able to assist. I have been transfered to different departments, some of which couldnt pick up my ID number as a vodacom client! Nelisa, Palesa, Mpho, Raela, Charmaine, Lebogang, Balesa, Roleen, Tapitso, Lesego, Fareesa and Deon are SOME of the employees that could not help!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been credited to my account (which doesnt exist) - I need a refund, not a credit as I have removed myself from vodacom!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone, who knows whats going on please contact me?</p>
