How best to describe the sheer incompetence

I have been trying since 1 December 2020 to get issues with my Vodacom invoices resolved. Contract cover, which I did not request or agree to, was added to my one contract. I have also suddenly, since December 2020, started receiving combined invoices for 2 of my contracts, which I did not request or agree to either. I contacted Vodacom in January 2021 and talked to Mpho Moshoeshoe who promised that she will resolve 3 issues: 1. Change the main account holder so that I can have access to all MY contracts 2. Remove the ******** contract cover 3. Split the combined invoices She did not provide me with a reference number for follow-up and neither did she keep her promise. So I started again from scratch and talked to Beauty Raphudi on 28 January 2021. Exactly the same scenario followed, with the exception that the promised that I will receive the split invoices by 31 January 2021, which I never did. Again, with no reference number, I could not follow up (boy, did I learn a lesson...). So, no positive outcomes after 2 calls to Vodacom. So I turned to Vodacom's Twitter account. I am glad to say that they did provide me with a reference number which was closed by Support after a call-back during which I told them that they could not close the service request as it has not been resolved yet. Although the Twitter team was relatively helpful, the results just never came. I again asked for account holder access to MY contracts which is in my name, linked to MY ID-number and that I pay for, and was told that I had to go to a store to do transfer of ownership. That is not what I asked for. The also told me to download my outstanding two January invoices from the app, which I did and received four e-mails with the numbers of the contracts, but the content of the invoice that has already been paid. Screen prints have been provided to the Twitter account and I am still awaiting a sensible response. So, after 2 and a half months, the contract cover has finally been removed and I was able to pay my January invoice for the relevant contract. Regrettably, the January invoices for the other 2 numbers will remain unpaid until I actually receive the correct invoices.
