How Am I ‘In Arrears’? Your System Clearly Needs Therapy.
I’m giving you one star only because there isn’t an option for zero. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I submitted a claim for my phone, and it was declined on the basis that my account is allegedly in arrears. I have never missed a payment, so it is incredibly frustrating that I’m being made to visit the branch repeatedly. I’ve already been there twice, and it looks like I’ll have to keep going until this matter is resolved. To make things worse, the lady at the branch informed me that my account has supposedly been handed over to the legal department due to non‑payment. KANJANI?! This makes no sense because I have never defaulted, and your records should reflect that. I was also asked to provide a bank statement, even though your collections department should be able to verify this information on their side. Because of this poor service, I’ve had to go days without a phone. Travelling to your branch costs me money, yet I have never received a single call from your collections team about any missed payments. I have verified with my bank, and your debit orders have been going through.
