Hello Vodacom, it is a pity to have to do this here but you leave me no choice.

Vodacom is sending information about your sales order statuses and LTE Business customers (their names and how much data they have left) to my new prepaid telephone. I tried to resolve this with a ticket which seems to have gone quiet now and so many phone calls but was unable to to find one person that understood the problem, except for one guy who really tried to help but here we are now.

One sales order number as an example: SO*** which is now complete, well done!

Please have someone who does not work in a call centre give me a call. I spoke to all of your call centres already and yet, here we are...

The head of the Business Internet LTE department who is responsible for the order mentioned above and looks after the companies I'll mention in the reference field below would be good.
