Hour in queue, tech too busy, return next day!!!!!
I was at vodacom waterfront for a quotation on a damage cellphone screen. After a hour in queue i was told the technician is too busy now and I must leave cell and return the next day. This is unacceptable to me and feel this is very poor Service. I will never do any business with Vodacom again. I am in business myself and will never even think of treating my customers like this as Vodacom staff did to me.
