Hound dogs idiots
I want to put a complaint in against Vodacom and their Collection department and the Lawyer firm they are using 4 Months ago I lost my employment as many in South Africa I found myself in the unemployment line unexpectedly I tried multiple times to do the right thing and I approached vodacom and all my other debtors to ask for help Absa helped Mr Price helped Woolworths helped Vodacom promised to get somebody to phone me to help ... Nobody phoned ... I Phoned multiple times after that Vodacom promised to get somebody to phone to help ... Nobody phoned Nobody helped So fast forward 3 Months I phoned Vodacom and told them I have now Found employment and that I would like to make some tipe of arrangement as I have found employment again and my first salary will be end of January and first full Salary will be end of February and Vodacom guess what they promised again to get somebody to phone me .... And guess what nobody phoned So on the 26th I get a message from a Debt recovery lawyers firm stating after trying multiple times to make contact with me and not being successful they now have no choice but to take legal steps ... Yes the Lawyer tried to make contact with me and Im unreachable apparently... Couple hours later I received my first call back from anybody related to Vodacom and its the Lawyers firm yes the one that said I'm uncontactable and the first thing this illiterate ***** does is start threatening me and making false accusation and getting all bulldog on me not listening not trying to understand his like a computer screaming a prescribed script and has not gotten to the training that tell you how deviations in the script work, and then eventually they throw the phone down in your ear two days later 7 o'clock in the morning the second script reading idiot phones and starts straight out of the blocks to threaten from the lawyers firm because I don't want to supply my person info to a complete stranger on the phone that I don't know from a bar of soap take into consideration I can't see who's phoning me as Vodacom turned of my line Identification function... So I put the phone down and try phoning Vodacom Customer care and this time Vodacom is honest atleast and she tells me straight in my face she can't help and actually don't know how to help me I now have to deal with the Lawyers... But when I wanted to deal with Vodacom, Vodacom didn't want to deal with me and this is after being a Loyal paying customer for close to 16 years this is what I got from vodacom after being in trouble for a couple of months They turn you over to some useless untrained unknowledgable laywers company that Have no clue in what they are doing
