Horrifying vodacom Customer Abuse

Hello Peter I would like to report the level of service I received from Vodacom where I called customer care or should I say customer abuse center of vodacom. Last week the 11th May 2019 between 10:16 and 10:30 am I called Vodacom using my number that end with.....071... 8292for assistance with shake every day as it gave me free data however I didn't use or received any sms to confirm free data ,I then called vodacom and the lady who took my call she then nicely transferred my call the this rude ruder rudest guy called sandisile ,the guy is very very very rude and doesn't know how to probe ,he swear to customers. I eventually asked him to put me through to his line manager and guess what, I spoke to his equally the same rude guy called shaun who just told me that my calls aren't showing in the system or whoever I spoke to the call can't be retrieved to listen to as I asked him listen to what this sandisile guy is saying but instead I received this message...

Dear Customer vodacon team will block your line for improper behaviour you are demanding free data that you have consumed check data usage.

And indeed most of my contents I couldn't use for almost a week until I called another lady called mbali she the same "three Vodacom musketeers"

Could vodacom please teach you employee how to handle calls, most people I spoke to at "vodacom customer abuse "are super abusive consultants including their super shaun. I currently hate vodacom with passion...your employees or most of them are very rude and doesn't know how to answer calls ...vodacom you dropped the ball
