Horrified by vodacom repairs cresta

so i upgraded to a samsung tablet 4 10 inche. The tablet wont download whatsapp. I ask my husband o take it in so that vodacom repairs can assist us with downloading the app. when he got there they told him that he needs to pay for the assistance that he would recieve.. um... seriously? since when.. isnt vodacom repairs there to assist their customer with technical queries on their devices? ok fine,,, even if the tablet isnt capable on having whatsapp as an app why couldn't someone tell him/me? If vodacom wants to charge me for giving me technical assistance with a device that i obtain through them then i want to cancel my contracts and you can come fetch your devices. all i do is pay.. not even 1 unpaid debit order ever.... and u want to charge me for giving me technical assistance..... stuff you vodacom
