horrified! bad service

<p>very very long story that started in october already. short version is i wanted to upgrade two of my lines, i recieved one product eventually but the consultant only processed the one request and forgot about the other line. on the 25th of november i spoke to Casius and he did the order on the second line for me. i received my order number ********** 91438. on the 29th of november at 15:51 i was conctacted by vodacom to validate the order. i was told delivery will take place in two days. NEVER HAPPENED!! i m still waiting. on the 6th of december i phoned to follow up. the consultant in the upgrade department put me on hold and after 31 minutes and 9 seconds the call dropped. then only i realised it was after 6 and the upgrades department apparently closes at 6pm and i was holding like a idiot-nobody was planning on getting back to me. i am so upset, ive been a loyal customer for years. i have 8 vodacom lines,one of which is my husband's that i convinced after 3 years to change over to vodacom from mtn. i am embarassed to say the least. i dont want to be part of vodacom anymore. this past week i spent a total of 3 hours and 23 minutes on hold to try and sort out this problem. i am tired and very dissapointed. worst of all, i have to look my 7year old in the eyes every evening and tell him his tablet hasnt arrived yet while his brother is playing on his new tablet. wow you feel like such a good parent when you see that sadness in his face while he tells you "its's okay, i'll wait" . damn you vodacom for making me the monster.........</p>
