horrific vodacom *****s contract money

<p>My name is Jean-Pierre Claassen ********** 674 im a vodacom custormer each month my vodacom account gets debited off my banking account every month on the 29th like usaul and receive each month on 1st my talk minutes,data and sms bundle this month i got debited and received non of this ive contacted vodacom on numerous times just by getting sent from 1 department to the next no one can resolve my problem they said my contract was changed to prepaid i wana know who authorised it and why am i being debited same amount ive contacted my local newspaper and lawyer ive even went to a vodacom store to seek assistance my prblems still lady logged my call and got me a refrence number EC-046E-263RH6 that was on Saturday 6August 2016 if my problem is not fixed by friday my story will be published in the newspaper and i will be taking legal action against vodacom im paying for a service im not receiving that is theft and a crime</p>
