Horrific Vodacom business service
Business upgrade was done almost 2 months ago. Part of the package was an apple watch which to date i have not received and i have also not received acceptable feedback.
Standard answer i get is that ''they are waiting on head office to come back to me regarding the apple watch delivery''
I am told on a weekly basis that this query has been escalated...
Terrible terrible service - i will not use Vodacom ever again.
