Horrific service, no phone after a month

Horrific service Booked for into for screen repairs, one month later still no phone. Excess already paid, now the stories I'm getting call the repair shop and find out yourself what's happening, I call the repair shop no response. I text Vodacom of Facebook still no response. 1 month for a screen repair on a phone
