Horrific Service from VODACOM

I am not getting any help from Vodacom. I am still sitting with a phone that is on SoftLock. I cannot use the device, it has been almost 3 weeks now and I have to phone every day. Lately when I phone the line gets cut off and no one calls me back.

This is really terrible and it is an inconvenience - I might as well not have a phone
