Horrific Service from Sabeeha Bashir

On 5 December 2016, I called the Vodacom call centre to apply for a new cellphone contract. The call was answered by Sabeeha Bashir - immediately I was met with a unpleasant encounter as I heard irritation in her tone.

When I asked what information was needed, I explained that I wouldn’t have immediate access to my bank account number, but would be able to get it, and if I could give the other information in the meanwhile. Instead of assisting me, she told me that I must instead, call when I have all the information. I heard her bang on her table in frustration, sigh and all other clear signs at being irritated - I must add, this was before I asked any questions. I did ask her to stop being irritated, as i felt that it is highly unprofessional and plainly rude.

When she asked questions, I asked questions to make the question clearer to me so that I could respond appropriately. Instead of explaining, she repeated the question in a bad tone, as though I am stupid for not understanding the first time.

Vodacom is supposed to be the "best" service provider, but with service like this, how is that even applicable for being GOOD, forget the best??

Highly disappointed as I have been with Vodacom for so many years, spent so much money... Please look out for the social media part of this!
