Horrific service and incorrectly charged

I have never in my life had such terrible service from Vodacom as I have in the last 2 months. Honestly i have no idea what is happening with this brand but what it has done, is left a very bad taste in my mouth and I honestly will not recommend vodacom to anyone after what I have been through. I was due for an upgrade and at the beginning of November 2016 I went online and processed my upgrade for the Huawei P9 with the R2000 Woolworths voucher. 3 days later I received a call to confirm my upgrade and that everything was in order. The agent also confirmed that there was stock. The next day I received an email with a quotation from Vodacom. I called the call centre to confirm if I should sign the quote and resubmit it to them and the agent informed me that I don't have to and then also proceeded to tell me that they don't have stock of the phone and that delivery should happen the first week of December 2016. I waited the 2 weeks and the called again to follow up on the delievery, only to be told that the phone that has been order for myself is the Huawei P9 lite, which is not the phone I ordered. I informedcthe agent on which promotion I ordered only for her to tell me that that promotion doesn't exist. I requested to speak to manager as I had now had enough with the incompetency and was put on hold for half an hour and when I got through to this supposed manager, he also informed me that this promotion doesn't exist. I then advised him to cancel my upgrade. He advised he had requested the cancellation and that it would take 24 hours to be removed. I went to a Vodacom store in Forest Hill Shopping centre 2 weeks later to try and do the upgrade, only to be told the online upgrade was still active and that I am unable to do the upgrade. I had to eventually after getting the manager on the store upgrade on my other tablet account that was also due for an upgrade as I was going on holiday and needed to do the upgrade. In the end I never ended up getting the phone I originally requested due to stock issues. I have now also been charged around R600 for out of bundle data when I was not even out of data on my tablet. I called once again, only to speak to another person that doesn't know what they are doing and to be put through to the solutions department to open an inquiry to investigate and it can take up to 14 working days for feedback. This is unacceptable as this isvmy money you are playing with and therefore if I do not get a response regarding my data issue I will be stopping my debit orders with Vodafone and then you can struggle to get funds out of me like I am struggling to get good customer service out of you.
