Horrific service

We app**** back in January, the 16th for a fibre line. Since then the communication from Vodacom is horrible, only a few emails containing the SO and SR details. But up to date, no router, so we eventually canceled the application.

I had to phone ********** weekly to ask what's going on since Vumatel did the installation. Been told no router stock, been told everything will be sorted within 21 Working days, (today is day 48 regular days already), been promised by Viwe that a supervisor would phone me before end of business day, that was a Wednesday (06/02). Been told I was called 5times for delivery of router, but nothing came from that, been promised my application was marked urgent, since beginning February. But nothing, no one contacted me

Me phoning Vodacom to ASK what's going with the order costed me hundreds of Rands, my household data usage cost the last month runs more than a Thousand Rand.

Just absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service, and will never in my life suggest your product to any friends or family or family business.

After all this time I actually app**** to canceled the service, so we can apply at a different service provider. A lady from social media team called last week and confirmed it was canceled and the line is open, but no, the new service provider can't connect to our line, because Vodacom has a hold on the line. Luvo told me today 05/03/19 that he will follow up on our cancelation and contact me, nothing happened. So still we are waiting and waiting and waiting, it's March already.

Can we just get this sorted asap. So my life and household can move on on forward without high phone bills. Process the cancellation and open our line. This is honestly ridiculous

Thank you for absolutely nothing Vodacom, nothing good to say to you.

Telling me stuff like "Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query." means absolutely nothing, been hearing that since our application in January.
