Horrific Customer support

I had recently purchased a body glove screen protector from the vodacom store in Hemingways Mall, East London and not even a week into owning the protector, It physically fell off of my device! I took it back to the same store which had not given the box or the slip for the purchase back to me.

The manager at the store promised to contact me on the number provided to find a solution to the issue, but alas no contact has yet been established. With terrible customer support and horrifically bad products being sold in store I would urge any one to avoid shopping at this store and from purchasing any Body Glove products. To think a customer has to fork out hundreds of Rands on what is deemed a 'top quality' product just for things to fall apart and for all that money to be thrown down the drain is extremely disappointing

I urge as many people as possible to avoid dealing with this store to avoid false promises and a complete lack of after sales support.
