Horrific customer service

For the past 5weeks every Thursday I have been in the two Vodacom stores at OR Tambo and the whole staff are so bad at doing their jobs that they kept sending me around from the one store to the other.I have 2100points and wanted to get a new phone, I had asked them to showme the stock they had as I wanted a good phone and had no problem paying in the difference, a lady by the name of Precious responded in abored voice\we dont have stock and continued playing a game on her fone
